Can it really be that three minutes of sprinting lead to a greater response than 90 minutes of moderate exercise? A study carried out at Rockefeller University found that six thirty-second sprints caused much more significant immediate changes in blood proteins and metabolites.

Why Three Minutes of Sprinting Can Trigger Such a Powerful Response
